It was about 2.30am. She came pawing at the door, ringing the doorbell, Brooke Comer told local television station KSBW. And then that morning I woke up to she had made it on everybody's [doorbell] camera.
Comer said Athena's 2am return woke up her family. I tried not to wake up the kids but the kids woke up anyways from the excitement, Comer told the TV station.
Comer said they would make sure to get that done over the holiday period to prevent further escapades.
