East Bay pets of the week for Jan. 16
"Hello, I'm Breyer! If you've ever wished your favorite ice cream could come to life and cuddle you, here I am. I'm a delightful swirl of sweetness, curiosity and charm, with the perfect ratio of sprinkles (playfulness) to smooth, creamy calm (snuggle time). I adore toys, cozy blankets and sunbeams. Scoop me up and let's start our sweet life together. Visit the website of the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society at berkeleyhumane.org to learn more and schedule a meeting with me."
"Hank is a mellow, handsome 4-year-old who loves long walks filled with sniffing, exploring and marking his favorite spots. He's easy to harness, walks with manageable strength, plus is calm and observant around other dogs and enthusiastic about little critters, especially squirrels. If you're looking for an active young companion who enjoys adventures, checking in with his person and burning off energy outdoors, Hank could be your perfect match! Meet him in Dublin. The East Bay SPCA offers walk-in adoptions at its Oakland and Dublin campuses from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. For updated and real-time information on programs and offerings, visit eastbayspca.org/adoptions."
