East Bay pets of the week for Feb. 27
"Hi, I'm Braveheart. But my friends call me Brave. I'm an older pup with a big heart and a resilient spirit. My leg needed multiple surgeries, and recovery took strength, patience and courage. But I never gave up. I'm a French Bulldog and Dachshund mix, compact, expressive and full of personality. I love people, cuddles and attention. I've done the hard part."
"Praline is a truly special 5-year-old who just happens to be blind though you'd never know it by the way he confidently trots through life like he owns the place. He's active, friendly and firmly believes that wherever you are is exactly where he should be. Bathroom break? He's your escort. Couch time? He's your snuggle supervisor. Praline explores his environment through smell and sound, and appreciates time to acclimate to a new space."
