Said Benrahma pleaded guilty to two counts of owning dangerously out of control dogs that attacked a golden retriever and its owner in July 2023. He was fined £10,000 and ordered to pay £2,500 in compensation plus £495 in kennel costs. More than six months later, the compensation has not been paid, leading to frustration from the victim, Luke Rehbein. The Courts and Tribunal Service confirmed no payments have been received and are attempting to recover the owed money.
