""We want guests to experience a seamless blend of Nola's legendary vibrancy with our signature smart lifestyle approach," says Sam Nazarian, Sbe founder and CEO."
""What truly sets The Monarch apart in this incredible city is how we are anchoring the experience with S Bar. By introducing Sbe's globally known culinary and beverage offerings right in the heart of the hotel, we're not just offering a place to stay—we're creating a dynamic hub where locals and travelers can connect over world-class mixology and unforgettable hospitality.""
""Securing a spot on the legendary St. Charles Avenue is a dream for any local developer," says Ryan Bates, whose New Orleans-based development firm spearheaded the project."
The Monarch hotel opened on April 15 on St. Charles Avenue, featuring 34 guest rooms and a lively lobby bar called S Bar. The hotel is housed in a historic Italianate building and combines Art Deco design with contemporary elements. Rooms include high ceilings, hardwood floors, and sound machines to minimize street noise. S Bar serves as a neighborhood gathering spot with cocktails and small plates, and will host live entertainment. The hotel aims to connect locals and travelers through its unique offerings and vibrant atmosphere.
