The Passy neighborhood in the 16th arrondissement is not a place I often visit, but when I do, it's lovely and charming with oodles of handsome Haussmann-style buildings from the late 1800s and early 1900s.A few months ago, I received a text message inviting me to check out Amourette Restaurant Passy and I replied I would visit next time I was in the 16 th.
