Robert Owen Nursery School, based on Commerell Street, was inspected on July 18 and 19 earlier this year and Ofsted came to the conclusion that the nursery had continued its outstanding standards.
Inspectors said that staff greet children warmly and they know the kids well. Children come into nursery eager to see their friends and partake in the exciting learning opportunities that Robert Owen Nursery School offers.
Despite recent challenges with recruitment, the governing body and leaders at Robert Owen Nursery School made sure that the provision for each child has been consistently high. Management was described as impressive, with Ofsted adding that this is reflected in the overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents and all staff.
