It's very likely that this fascination with death is just a phase that your daughter is going through. It also may be the case that she ends up having a better relationship with death than most people. I wouldn't be worried, but I would caution her that other people are not always as comfortable with the subject and that she should be sensitive to that, particularly among her peers.
You should also discourage her from topics like 'who's gonna die first,' because they can be upsetting, no matter how well someone understands and accepts death. Make sure she knows that the death talk should be reserved for home and not brought to school to freak out her classmates.
