On March 23, 2026, Google will require overall account good policy health for eligibility for gambling and games certification. Accounts must demonstrate a good account history and limits on violations to qualify. Manager Accounts (MCCs) with significant volumes of gambling certificates revoked from managed accounts, or with significant volumes of managed accounts found to have violated the gambling policy while relying on a gambling certificate, will lose the ability to apply for new online gambling certificates and will have existing certifications revoked. The threshold for "significant" is not defined. Certification is unavailable for sites on free platforms, third-party sub-domains, sites without gambling association, or second-level domains not owned and operated by the advertiser.
