Joel McHale has officially joined the third season of Yellowjackets in a guest role, adding to the already strong ensemble cast. His character details remain undisclosed.
The show, set in both 1996 and 2021, follows a group of high school girls who survive a plane crash in the wilderness and deal with its aftermath years later.
Despite a pause in the production schedule due to last year's writer's strike, filming for Yellowjackets' third season began in May, leading to anticipation for its release.
Alongside his role in Yellowjackets, McHale is also expected to reprise his character Jeff Winger in the upcoming Community movie that's currently in pre-production.
