A piecemeal approach isn't going to get us there. The Biden administration has a responsibility to set a clear direction for how fossil fuels will be phased out. We expect comprehensive action now, not one undermined by loopholes.
The EPA is committed to proposing emission guidelines for existing natural gas plants and gathering input, but the process might have room for improvement to address critical environmental concerns.
