New horned dinosaur species discovered 'largest and most ornate' of its kind ever found
Briefly

Fossils of Lokiceratops rangiformis were unearthed in northern Montana, estimated to have measured 22 feet long and weighed about 11,000 pounds, making it the largest plant-eating dinosaur in its ecosystem.
Lokiceratops belonged to the ceratopsids group, living in Montana 78 million years ago. It had unique horns along the frill and was named after the Norse God Loki and caribou resemblance.
Researchers noted Lokiceratops' distinctive horns, the largest and most ornate in its dinosaur family, without a nose horn but with two large asymmetrical horns, a spike in the frill, and over 20 horns along the back.
