Mapping genotypes to chromatin accessibility profiles in single cells - Nature
Briefly

In somatic tissue differentiation, chromatin accessibility changes govern priming and precursor commitment towards cellular fates. Somatic mutations likely alter these patterns, leading to abnormal clonal outgrowth.
Genotyping of targeted loci with single-cell chromatin accessibility (GoT-ChA) helps to link genotypes to chromatin accessibility at single-cell resolution, revealing shifts within mutant haematopoietic precursors.
