HSE issues alert over high strength drugs at Electric Picnic causing medical emergencies and fits
Briefly

The national health service warns that high-strength MDMA is causing medical emergencies, including fits, at Electric Picnic, urging attendees to seek medical help when unwell.
It's safer not to use drugs, but if you choose to, the HSE advises to #StartlowGoslow, to be mindful, and to care for others.
HSE staff will be present throughout the festival, offering harm reduction services and drug checking in two designated areas for attendee support.
This year's drug checking services at Electric Picnic are part of the HSE Safer Nightlife Harm Reduction Programme, with real-time lab results to inform interventions.
