Guidelines on lab-grown embryo models are strong enough to meet ethical standards - and will build trust science
Briefly

In July, researchers in the United Kingdom published a code of practice on how human stem cells should be used to mimic embryo development in the laboratory. This code was produced by a working committee of 13 experts and is the first of its kind globally.
Grown from stem cells, human embryo models help study early pregnancy events, miscarriage, drug effects. Aiming to prevent ethical concerns, the code outlines ethical and transparent research practices.
