They stumbled upon a rare juvenile skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus rex in North Dakota's badlands, believed to be part of a 10-foot-tall, 3,500-pound dinosaur called Teen Rex.
The Denver Museum of Nature & Science, which announced the finding, describes it as the most complete T. rex specimen they've ever collected, advancing science and deepening our understanding of the natural world.
