The article serves as a correction to previous research published in July 2023, addressing errors in the filtering of drug and target interactions within the drug2cell analysis. Specifically, the pChEMBL activity threshold used was incorrectly applied across different families of target molecules. This update clarifies the methodology and presents the corrected activity thresholds tailored to each target family, thereby improving the precision of the multiomics analysis performed in the study of human cardiac niches.
