ELB Learning Launches Public Sector Team To Accelerate Workforce Readiness

ELB Learning announced a dedicated Public Sector team to help government agencies, nonprofits, higher education institutions, and emergency services improve workforce readiness and mission outcomes. The team is led by Ray Resendez IV, with experience across complex, high-stakes environments including the US Army. The team supports learning and development for high-touch, high-need teams using secure technology and products such as Lectora for course authoring and Rehearsal for scenario-based training. ELB also provides learning creation services that build capability in areas including AI and digital skills, crisis management and disaster preparedness, cybersecurity and awareness, and leadership development. ELB already partners with multiple federal agencies and nonprofits including the American Red Cross, FBI, IRS, NASA, and CDC.
