The Yankees added their next project, spinning an Easter Sunday deal with the White Sox for reliever Jake Cousins.
Cousins primarily leans on his sinker and slider, generating groundballs at a similar rate to established relievers like Tommy Kahnle.
Since he's signed to a minor-league deal, expect to see Cousins in the Matt Blake sinker/slider bullpen factory sooner rather than later.
