Yankees' Aaron Judge Becomes Fastest Player to Reach 300 Career Home Runs in MLB History
Briefly

"It's an incredible honor and there's a lot of emotions," he told the Yes Network after his 61st homer, which tied him with Maris at the time. "It took me a little longer than I wanted to but ... it's something pretty special."
According to Sports Illustrated, Wednesday's game was Judge's 955th, meaning that he bested Ralph Kiner, the previous record-holder who reached 300 home runs in 1,087 games in 1953.
On Wednesday, Aug. 14, Judge, 32, officially became the fastest player in MLB history to reach 300 career home runs during the Yankees win over the Chicago White Sox, according to CNN.
In October 2022, Judge surpassed Roger Maris' record for the most home runs in a single American League season when he hit his 62nd at the Texas Rangers' Globe Life Field.
