There are three players that have increased the vibes per nine innings (a genius and totally original stat that I made up): Verdugo, Juan Soto, and Marcus Stroman.
Soto just exudes swagger. He's not a 'character' in the same way Verdugo is, but the Soto Shuffle is the perfect example of the spunk he exudes every night.
