Glasgow Rangers manager Michael Beale got Ibrox rocking with an excellent comeback victory in the Premiership on Thursday night, and it was crucial that the 42-year-old secured three points in his first match in charge.There was a slight tactical tweak, with Beale deploying a fluid 4-3-1-2 which allowed for a much more direct attacking threat compared to the often rigid 4-3-3 that predecessor Giovanni van Bronckhorst usually adopted.
