Ollas, the Rangers 7th round pick in 2020, started his pro career in Sweden, never really cracking the SHL as a regular, before transferring to Merrimack College in the NCAA's Hockey East.
Ollas is a big kid at 6-foot-7, and moves very well for his size. It's expected he will be in competition for a spot in the AHL next season, competing with Dylan Garand and Louis Domingue, but it's likely he starts the year in the ECHL.
