The NHL DoPS clearly spun the roulette wheel here, since Brendan Gallagher's egregious head shot got just 3 more games. There really is no rhyme or reason to these suspensions and it's become a joke at this point.
The Rangers have recalled defenseman Connor Mackey as a response to Trouba's suspension.
