Clement confirmed the 31-year-old Goldson has received a concrete offer and left the squad to discuss with the interested club, not disclosed by the manager.
Goldson, who joined Rangers in 2018, has won three trophies with the club and is under contract until 2026, with reported interest from Birmingham and Cypriot side Aris Limassol.
Captain James Tavernier, also linked with a move, made the starting line-up for a friendly match, with manager Clement planning to give him around 45 minutes playing time.
