Megill is certainly no stranger to Mets fans, having been in the majors since 2021, with both solid and rough moments on the mound.
Despite Megill's inconsistent career, he has shown ace-like quality starts, filling in for deGrom in April 2022, and his evolving pitch repertoire may lead to future success.
