The Mets have officially released left-handed reliever Jake Diekman, the team announced Saturday.
The Mets' decision on Diekman came as the team restructured its bullpen with trade acquisitions including Phil Maton, Huascar Brazoban, Ryne Stanek and Tyler Zuber.
