J.D. Davis agrees to one-year contract with A's after Mets reunion talks

The corner infielder will be joining the Athletics on a one-year deal worth $2.5 million and up to $1 million incentives, The Post's Jon Heyman confirmed.
Per Sherman, Davis picked Oakland over the Mets due to more guaranteed playing time, as the Mets - who were among the finalists to land him - have Brett Baty and Mark Vientos slotted to get time at the hot corner to start the year.
