Wednesday's game between the Atlanta Braves and the New York Mets has been postponed due to inclement weather and will be made up on September 26. The Braves won 6-5 on Tuesday while the Mets took the opener on Monday.
The series between the Braves and Mets will conclude on Thursday with a 12:20 p.m. ET start. September 26 was a mutual off day for both teams and fits well in the schedule.
This is the second rainout of the season for the Braves, with the previous one being the series finale in Chicago due to snow. Atlanta will finish the series with the Mets on Thursday before heading on a six-game road trip to Miami and Houston.
