This week, the New York Knicks (23-16) will mount a three-game homestead of all winnable games and then zip across the border for a tilt in Toronto. Win all four and the Knicks will finish the week with another five-game streak.
When they last met, the Knicks were defeated by the Orlando Magic, 117 to 108, on December 29. Julius Randle had 38 points to lead all scorers.
This season, New York has yet to face Ime Udoka's Houston Rockets (19-19). Their new coach has the team playing stalwart defense-sixth-best in the league-but their offense needs work.
