"New York Knicks guard Malcolm Brogdon has decided to retire from basketball after nine NBA seasons, he told ESPN on Wednesday. Brogdon was on track to make the Knicks' final roster, but he had been contemplating retirement and informed Knicks officials on Wednesday of his decision. Brogdon, the No. 36 overall pick in the 2016 draft, was the NBA Rookie of the Year in 2017 and the NBA Sixth Man of the Year for the 2015-16 season."
