Born Nov. 29, 1957, in Detroit, Michigan, Tom grew up in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science before making Staten Island his home. He spent his career in industrial textile sales at Stern & Stern Industries, retiring in 2022. A devoted husband to Susan for over 40 years, he was father to Caitlin Richards, Matthew Hogan, and Jacob Hogan."

She served in the offices of Borough Presidents Guy V. Molinari and James P. Molinaro from 1997 to 2007, then retired to Chicago in 2007 to be near her daughter. She traveled extensively in Europe and is survived by family, cousins, and friends; donations may be made to Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Thomas Michael Hogan, 68, born Nov. 29, 1957, grew up in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, worked in industrial textile sales at Stern & Stern Industries retiring in 2022, and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, runner, parishioner, and longtime volunteer.
