It's not every year that a coach with a Super Bowl win and 18 years proof of concept enters the NFL portal. It's why every team that had a coaching vacancy (and at least one team that didn't) reached out to Harbaugh's agent immediately. The New York Giants among them."

John Harbaugh was fired by the Baltimore Ravens and immediately drew heavy interest from NFL teams, with seven franchises contacting his agent within 45 minutes. The New York Giants have mutual interest and have interviewed and met with Harbaugh, including lunch and informal meetings involving executives Chris Mara and GM Joe Schoen. The Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans and Miami Dolphins are also top suitors. Harbaugh owns nearly 200 career wins and a .609 winning percentage. The Giants have a 36% winning rate over the past 14 years, among the NFL's worst records.
