On August 20, a 24-year-old woman climbed over the wooden barrier at the Cohanzick Zoo and taunted a tiger by sticking her hand through the fence.
John Medica, the director of Recreation and Public Affairs for Bridgeton, described the incident as "very careless" and expressed shock at the woman's actions.
Police informed that Zyair Dennis was also involved in a similar incident later that day near the zoo's bear enclosure, highlighting her reckless behavior.
Dennis faces trespassing charges and additional citations for violating local ordinances, emphasizing the importance of safety in wildlife environments.
