Student protesters who took over a building at Columbia University may not be found guilty of criminal charges, with potential charges ranging from disorderly conduct to second-degree criminal mischief, according to Martin R. Stolar.
Police officers will only intervene on Columbia University's campus if administrators request it or if there's suspicion of harm, as stated by Jeffrey Maddrey, the Police Department's chief of department.
