Train driver did all he could to prevent hitting Sligo mum Jessica McLoughlin (40) on tracks, inquest hears

Mr. O'Gara, the train driver, shared detailed account of the accident, blowing the horn and applying emergency brakes before the collision.

Witness statement revealed the victims had alcohol and were on train tracks unaware of approaching train, resulting in a tragic incident.
