"The family said they were was left shaken by the close call, with Abbey writing that she was 'bawling [her] eyes out' after the discovery. 'He didn't even say sorry,' she claimed of the Nathan's manager. The city Department of Health confirmed to The Post that it had received a 311 report about the incident and is investigating."
