'She was a ray of sunshine' - Wexford road crash victim (23) was headed to work at new job when tragedy struck

Kate Wibbe, a 23-year-old graduate of UCC, tragically lost her life in a three-car crash on the N25, leaving her family devastated.

Local priest Fr. Jim Cogley expressed the community's shock: 'It's such a devastating blow for them... Only when it happens in your own community that it really hits home.'
