Hill expressed confusion about the handling of the situation, emphasizing, "I wasn't disrespectful... I'm still trying to figure it out" after he was handcuffed by police.
According to Stahl, "Mr. Hill was not immediately cooperative with the officers... therefore redirected to the ground" as a precautionary measure during the traffic stop.
After the incident, Hill was issued two traffic citations but was never under arrest, as clarified by Stahl.
