An NYPD cop was busted on theft charges for snapping taking photos of credit cards and IDs belonging to crime victims and suspects and sharing them with accomplices, police sources said Wednesday.
Urrutia is accused of sending photos of the ill-gotten snaps to his friends - who then allegedly racked up charges on the existing credit cards and obtained new cards using the identification information of victims and suspects, the sources said.
