Tragedy struck as Iosif Lontsman got out of his Subaru Forester to confront a 43-year-old woman in a Nissan Altima about the parking space at Avenue W and Ocean Avenue in Sheepshead Bay around 4:30 p.m., authorities and sources said.
Lontsman's grieving son, Mark, also said in an interview on Monday he was told by an NYPD official last week his father got into a dispute over a parking space.
He was always doing stuff for his family and friends, for other people," Mark Lontsman told The Post.
