He placed a pillow over her head, tied her wrists as she struggled, made sexual advances and performed a lewd act. Before fleeing, he stole the victim's phone and watch. The injured woman was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull and is expected to be okay physically. Police released new video of the suspect and requested public assistance.
