The Gallup Police Department reported that an individual requiring medical attention was found at American Heritage Plaza. This individual was later identified as 70-year-old Tito Jackson.
After being transported to a local hospital, Jackson was pronounced dead. The department's understanding of the situation may change as further evidence is evaluated.
