Callum Ulysses Parslow, who was sentenced for attempted murder, carried out a preplanned terrorist attack motivated by extreme right-wing ideology, aimed at intimidating asylum seekers.
Mr Justice Dove stated that Parslow posed a high risk of serious harm to the public, describing his actions as inspired by terrorist atrocities and driven by his racist beliefs.
Before his arrest, Parslow attempted to post on social media declaring he did his duty to England by trying to exterminate a victim, highlighting his extremist views.
The judge concluded that Parslow's written manifesto was a lengthy and florid diatribe of extreme right-wing racist invective, justifying his horrific planned violence.
