Among the pre-packaged contraband were marijuana and THC gummies.
"Thanks to the hard work of both the New York City Sheriff's Office and the NYPD, we conducted one of the largest operations against a cannabis distributor to date, seizing millions of dollars worth of products, including edibles, vapes, pre-rolls, and more," the station said.
"One little package of edibles is 50 dollars and the money that's made from the sale of these untested, illegal products is mind-boggling," NYC Sheriff's Office Commanding Officer Maureen Kokeas told the outlet.
