A 16-year-old boy is being sought by NYPD for allegedly shooting his stepfather, Jamel Davis, during a dispute about smoking inside their NYCHA apartment in Brooklyn. The incident occurred around 10:50 a.m. on Sunday. Davis, 43, was shot in the upper body and later died at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. No arrests have been made, and police are looking for the stepson for questioning regarding the incident.
