"After a thorough investigation, it was revealed that the "violent domestic incident" had occurred between two brothers at the residence, police said. The 52-year-old was pronounced deceased by a Nassau County police medic at the scene, authorities said. Police placed Anthony Iacomino, 46, of Inwood into police custody; he was arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday, police said."
