
"According to the NYPD, the 33-year-old victim was walking home near West 93rd Street and West End Avenue when a man approached him back on Aug. 25 at 11:10 a.m. Police said that the suspect started talking to the victim and then followed him into his building. Inside the building, the suspect grabbed the victim's groin area over his clothing. Then, the suspect ran away, police said."
"Police have released a surveillance photo of the suspect, who was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, black shorts and black slippers.
