A 71-year-old man was arrested for allegedly forcibly touching a teenager on a Brooklyn subway train. Lam La of Queens was taken into custody around 10:46 a.m.
La allegedly approached the 15-year-old girl, touched her, and forced her to kiss him, making verbal threats. The incident occurred on a Brooklyn-bound N train around 12:30 p.m.
