A 16-year-old boy who allegedly crashed a stolen car in Manhattan over the Fourth of July weekend - killing two of his friends and injuring four others - has been charged with manslaughter over the multi-vehicle wreck, police said Wednesday. The teenager, whose name was not released because he is a minor, was arrested Wednesday and hit with a slew of charges - including two counts of manslaughter and two counts of criminally negligent homicide - in the July 3 rollover crash, cops said.
